  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Qualifications
  • Experience & Knowledge
    • Minimum 6 years experience in marketing technology, digital experience enablement, marketing operations, digital commerce/eRetail, or digital product/platform roles.
    • Hands‑on experience implementing and driving adoption/value across Mar Tech and digital experience capabilities (e.g., web, mobile, CRM, digital asset management) and digital commerce enablement (e.g., PDP/content quality &syndication, retailer readiness, Ratings & Reviews/Where to Buy).
    • Knowledge of standard technology practices and delivery operations, including cross‑team execution across brand/platform/commerce partners and Agile delivery methods; experience supporting platform lifecycle management/enhancements preferred.
  • Core Competencies
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—able to partner with business teams and influence across global/regional platform owners and capability leads.
    • Proven ability to lead change management and enablement (training, adoption motions, playbooks) to drive measurable uptake.
    • Ability to translate market needs into clear requirements, support prioritization decisions, and contribute to roadmap inputs and forecasting.
    • Strong operational discipline: issue triage, documentation, follow‑through, and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Collaborative and comfortable operating in a matrixed model with cross‑functional partners (Brand, Commercial/eComm, Legal/MLR, Analytics, Agencies, and Platform/Product teams).
    • CPG industry experience preferred.
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree required;
      Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure market needs are understood, represented, and translated into actionable plans that improve speed‑to‑market and the end‑to‑end digital journey.
  • Provide inputs into technology roadmaps, prioritization, and quarterly planning based on local needs and competitive/market insights.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to drive solution delivery that addresses business needs—translating market and digital commerce requirements into clear inputs for platform/product teams to support prioritization, forecasting, planning, and release readiness.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of core Mar Tech and digital experience capabilities across Canada priority brands to enhance user experiences.
  • Coordinate execution across owned sites and channels (web, CRM/1PD, DAM/workflows, analytics/SEO, tagging) and digital commerce enablement (product content quality syndication, Ratings & Reviews, Where-to-Buy/retailer readiness), including site launches/refreshes, content updates, performance monitoring, and feature activations.
  • Enable operational execution by supporting process and tool adoption, ensuring teams have the right training, resources, and operating cadence to be successful.
  • Enable business teams to execute dComm tech priorities, including initiatives that improve product data as a source of truth, digital shelf execution, and Where-to-Buy / Ratings & Reviews activation.
  • Support and enable CRM and media activation using first‑party data, including consumer/HCP activation where applicable.
  • Drive activation of workflow capabilities (e.g., content and approval workflows) to streamline marketing operations and align with evolving global‑to‑local operating models.
  • Support governance and compliance to ensure content/claims accuracy across channels and retailers, and align cross‑functional partners in a matrixed delivery model.
