At MNP Digital, we seek a talented Solution Architect with over ten years of experience in CRM and case management solutions, specifically in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You'll play a pivotal role in modernizing processes for both commercial and government enterprises, leading project engagements and mentoring team members along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Lead team members while being technically accountable
• Communicate architected solutions to clients effectively
• Utilize AI for enhancing development best practices
• Implement solutions using hybrid-agile methodologies
Requirements:
• 10+ years in CRM or case management implementation
• 5 years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• 3 years in a technical leadership capacity
• Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum and development life cycles
• Ability to travel across Canada up to 20%
