Your expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform will empower transformation in processes and applications. You’ll be engaging closely with clients to ensure seamless project execution and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Lead project teams while mentoring junior developers
• Communicate and plan technical solutions effectively
• Utilize AI for best practices in development
• Implement solutions using agile and hybrid methods
Requirements:
• Over ten years implementing CRM solutions
• Five years in Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Three years in a technical leadership role
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub
• Ability to travel in Canada up to 20%
Utilize your extensive experience in CRM to drive innovation at MNP and foster client success.
