This full-time, on-site position at MNP Digital involves collaborating with a team of experienced Dynamics 365 developers. You will design and implement customer service solutions tailored to client needs and utilize technologies. Your engagement includes applying AI to improve development practices while working in a hybrid-agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions effectively
• Engage directly with clients to recommend solutions
• Develop Microsoft .NET extensions for case management
• Utilize AI for evolving best practices in development
• Participate in community outreach events for MNP
Requirements:
• 3 years implementing CRM/case management solutions
• 2 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, and ASP.Net
• Strong SDLC understanding and hands-on Azure Dev Ops experience
• Willingness to travel locally and within Canada
