Onsite Help Desk Support Technician

Two Help Desk Technician roles are available to strengthen our IT services across multiple locations. Your responsibility will include first and second-level support, managing Microsoft environments, and facilitating user connectivity. Travel between local sites is required, so a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users at all levels
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, software, and network issues
• Create and manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user tools
• Document all activities and troubleshooting within ticketing systems
Requirements:
• Past experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles required
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of networking principles such as DNS and IP
• Comfort with remote and onsite user support
