In this managerial role, you will evaluate current and future training needs while designing impactful programs. Your responsibilities include delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, leading orientation initiatives, and continuously improving training effectiveness based on analytical feedback. Collaborate with managers to create customized solutions for team challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job analysis to identify training needs
• Implement comprehensive training plans for teams
• Facilitate engaging onboarding and technical training sessions
• Analyze training outcomes to inform improvements
• Develop and maintain a structured training roadmap
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in a leadership training role
• Relevant experience in aviation or aerospace
• Strong background in designing training solutions
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
