Your role will involve deploying and maintaining Linux-based systems while actively troubleshooting Java applications. You'll interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and security in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain Linux and cloud environments

• Support SaaS applications and monitor performance

• Configure networking and secure connectivity solutions

• Implement observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana

• Document procedures and incident reports clearly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience

• Background in information security and VoIP services

• Proficient in Linux and cloud platform support

• Familiar with networking basics and TLS concepts

• Ontario driver's licence and vehicle required
