Join the Digital Engagement and Strategy team, where you'll work casually up to 24 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone with a year of experience in customer service, specifically with multimedia equipment and media editing software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Your proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams and Google Drive will enhance the library's service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patrons with media editing software and equipment
• Provide customer service and technical support onsite
• Utilize makerspace software for patrons’ projects
• Maintain effective communication with library users
• Organize materials and equipment for library use
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• First-year post-secondary education in IT or related fields
• Proficiency with editing and makerspace software
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to lift materials up to 20lbs
