CRM Focused IT Business Analyst

Position: CRM Focused IT Business Analyst Role
Lead the City of Markham's CRM replacement initiative as an IT Business Analyst on a 2-year contract. Utilize your analytical skills to enhance city services and business processes.

In this full-time role, under the supervision of the Manager of IT Project Delivery, you will gather and formalize business requirements, facilitate design sessions and support the testing phases. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to overcoming challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support migration activities from legacy systems to CRM

• Elicit business requirements using various techniques

• Develop project documentation and quality assurance measures

• Manage project risks and facilitate teamwork among departments

• Analyze city-wide challenges and recommend IT solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field

• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience, with public sector focus

• Recommended certifications: BABOK, Agile, PMP

• Familiar with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
