Head of Incident Response

Position: Head of Incident Response at Quadient
Drive cyber resilience as the Head of Cyber Defence & Incident Response with Quadient. Spearhead incident management and security oversight in a hybrid environment.

Quadient seeks an experienced leader to head our Cyber Defence and Incident Response team. This full-time position will focus on developing effective incident response strategies and optimizing vulnerability management programs while collaborating with various teams to enhance our security posture. Your leadership will be key in safeguarding our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full incident response lifecycle effectively

• Lead cross-functional teams during security incidents

• Define and oversee MSSP service levels and improvement plans

• Optimize detection and response tools for security threats

• Lead threat intelligence-driven security initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in cyber defence and incident management

• In-depth knowledge of SOAR, EDR, and NDR tools

• Experience managing outsourced SOC capabilities

• Strong foundational knowledge of threat and vulnerability management

• Relevant security certifications such as GCIH or CISSP
