• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed/SaaS environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace One Agent across diverse platforms (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Containers).
• Web applications, Microservices and APIs, Databases and middleware.
• Set up custom services, dashboards, and alerts aligned with business KPIs.

• Pure Path tracing.
• Smartscape topology.
• AI-powered Davis insights.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and outages.
• Configure alert profiles, anomaly detection, and problem notifications.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira).
• Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace-related incidents.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams for issue resolution.

• Utilize Dynatrace APIs for automation and integration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with monitoring integrations.
• Create scripts or automation workflows for onboarding applications.

CA $ 100,000 – CA $ 120,000 per year.
