Senior Data Analyst in Life Insurance

Elevate data-driven decisions as a Senior Data Analyst within our Life Insurance operations. This pivotal role leverages analytics to enhance sales, retention, and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Head of Lead Management, providing insights into sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion strategies. Utilizing tools like SQL, Power BI, and Python, you'll develop dashboards and reports while supporting critical business initiatives. Your expertise will guide actionable strategies that improve customer lifetime value and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales metrics to boost conversion and productivity

• Maintain dashboards for key performance indicators

• Support sales forecasting and capacity planning efforts

• Analyze customer behavior for retention insights

• Document best practices for market expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence

• Strong SQL and Python skills

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau

• Familiarity with Life Insurance sector is preferred
