Miipe is a Canadian‑owned consulting firm that specializes in end‑to‑end testing, hyper‑automation, and advanced testing practices. We’re hiring an SAP QA Consultant to support our clients in industries such as banking, telecommunications, insurance, utilities, and technology.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.

• Responsible for system analysis and decomposition of business and functional/system requirements to improve design, validate implementation, and provide value to end users.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts, Development Primes, and Business Stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive implementation strategies ensuring functional quality and business requirement traceability.
• Produce progress reports highlighting delivery advancement, risks/issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Create and support the development of test strategies and test plans for application validation.
• Verify system design, analyze test results, and report observations to project teams.
• Support product delivery through all lifecycle phases from conceptual planning to production release.
• Work collaboratively to identify solutions and resolve variances from system specifications.
• Develop detailed documentation including system design, business use cases, end‑to‑end flows, and testing scenarios.
• Support UAT and Operational Readiness initiatives.
• Track defects through closure and maintain detailed reporting of system failures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.

• Preferred university degree with a focus on analytical thinking or problem‑solving.
• 2–5 years of experience as a QA Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst.
• 2–3 years of SAP experience specifically within MM (Materials Management) Procurement, SD (Sales & Distribution), PS (Project Systems), PM (Plant Maintenance), CS (Customer Service), FI/CO.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Solid time management and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
