In this pivotal role, the Chief Information Security Officer will lead the organization’s security program, ensuring compliance and effective risk management initiatives. Collaborating with IT, legal, and clinical teams, you will develop policies that meet regulatory obligations and patient safety requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an enterprise-wide risk management framework

• Advise on emerging threats and security strategies

• Set and oversee information security policies and governance

• Facilitate cybersecurity assessments and compliance reviews

• Lead incident response and security improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare security practices

• Strong familiarity with multi-cloud environments

• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements

• Executive certifications in information security preferred
