We are hiring a SWIFT Business Analyst to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.
Project DescriptionThe project involves launching new products and revamping the existing system in the Payments & Cash Management department. The objective is to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the sector. The project aims to expand the product portfolio in Payments and Cash Management, leveraging Paris's significant lead and working closely with them. The focus will be on extensive Business Intelligence integration.
Role DescriptionWe are seeking Business Analysts with expertise in Payments, SWIFT, or Cash Management to join our client's team in Montreal. The roles are hybrid, involving aspects of Solution Architecture, Workflow Design, User Experience, and Project Management. Candidates should be capable of translating business needs into functional requirements and managing projects autonomously.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical teams.
- Design and implement innovative payment and cash management solutions.
- Engage in dialogue with developers and understand API integrations.
- Collaborate closely with developers, subject matter experts, and back-office partners.
- Document and manage project requirements, perform regression testing, and oversee bug management.
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record in launching projects independently.
- Strong technical competency, especially in BI and system interfaces.
- Proficiency in Payments, with SWIFT knowledge being a significant plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with French being a significant advantage.
- Ability to work closely with development teams and business partners.
