As part of Amphenol's expanding team, you will provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees while managing IT operations. You will work alongside global teams and focus on areas such as user support, hardware deployment, and system administration. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1/2 support for hardware and network issues
• Deploy new laptops and mobile devices efficiently
• Assist with user management in Intune and Active Directory
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and community Wi-Fi issues
• Document processes and maintain ITSM compliance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently in-site
