Enercare Senior Manager Cybersecurity Lead

Lead Enterprise and Cyber Security at Enercare, Canada’s premier service company, as a Senior Manager. Drive cybersecurity strategies across hybrid environments while ensuring robust business resilience and compliance.

In this full-time permanent role, you will manage Enercare’s end-to-end security posture, focusing on cybersecurity, identity management, and infrastructure security. Collaborate closely with IT Operations and Business leaders to safeguard core technology platforms, including Microsoft 365 and cloud services. You will translate security risks into actionable insights for strategic decisions while leading a high-performing security team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cybersecurity, identity, and access management strategies

• Report monthly security posture and risk updates to leadership

• Align security controls and operational processes for resilience

• Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership

• Define and maintain a multi-year enterprise security roadmap

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity

• 15+ years in information security and IT management

• 10+ years in senior security leadership roles

• Strong professional certifications preferred

• Experience with AI-powered security tools and hybrid environments
