Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to define goals and outcomes

• Document user stories and clarity for Engineering teams

• Analyze operational data to validate outcomes and recommend improvements

• Lead backlog refinement and prioritize requirements clearly

• Facilitate workshops for cross-functional stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

• 3+ years in managing and building SaaS products

• 2+ years of technical experience, preferably as a System Business Analyst

• Understanding of SaaS frameworks and web service protocols

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Familiarity with GenAI suites and data governance
