This position focuses on first-level technical support, engaging with users both in-office and remote. You’ll handle a variety of service requests while documenting issues and maintaining a consistent service level. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle technical inquiries through various communication means
• Offer first-level support for hardware and software issues
• Log calls into the tracking system diligently
• Assist with user account management
• Contribute to improving the knowledge base
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Service Desk setting
• Community college diploma or equivalent training
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and LAN/WAN networks
• Strong analytical and customer service abilities
• CompTIA certification or in pursuit of it
