Join Kenvue in Markham, Ontario, as the Media & Digital Commerce Strategy Lead, focusing on enterprise digital growth. This fully onsite position enables you to drive impactful media initiatives and commercial strategies.
You will be responsible for designing and governing Kenvue Canada’s digital commerce framework. With a focus on optimizing resource models and performance metrics, you will collaborate with brand and Sales teams to enhance digital commerce integration. Your experience will significantly contribute to building meaningful partnerships and executing successful media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define digital commerce and media architecture for Kenvue
• Lead partnerships and investment frameworks with major platforms
• Develop agency governance and planning integrations
• Establish KPIs for monitoring digital commerce success
• Oversee digital shelf governance and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in media or digital commerce
• Proven track record in scalable operating models
• Strong analytical skills with MMM fluency
• Experience in CPG or omnichannel settings
