Job Description:

The IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical support to employees, assists with system administration tasks, deploys new hardware, and supports core IT infrastructure operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with global IT teams, including Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, and ERP. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, proactive, and able to work independently at the site while following corporate IT standards and ITSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :
End-User Support & Troubleshooting

Provide hands‑on Level 1/2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 laptops, Office 365 applications, printers, VPN connectivity, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Support MS Teams calling/phone system issues.

Manage tickets using a modern ITSM platform (Fresh service or Service Now).

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with end users.

Hardware Deployment & Site Support

Image, configure, and deploy new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Provision and support iPhones/Android devices and manage carrier activations.

Maintain and support onsite printers, scanners, and shared devices.

Assist with conference room setups, AV testing, and workstation installations.

Systems Administration Support

Assist with user and device management in Intune, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.

Perform basic administration tasks in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  (account creation, group membership, password resets, access changes).

Help administer Microsoft 365 licensing, applications, and SharePoint permissions.

Support patching, monitoring, and remote management via Ninja One.

Infrastructure & Network Assistance

Work with the Network Engineering team to support basic network tasks.

Troubleshoot local connectivity issues and assist with switch and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting as directed.

Support VPN connectivity using Forti Client.

Assist Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams with remediation tasks when required.

ITSM, Documentation & Process Adherence

Follow ITIL‑aligned ITSM processes (incident, request, change).

Maintain accurate documentation for assets, procedures, and user guides.

Ensure best practices are followed for security, compliance, and operational standards.

Provide feedback to improve workflows and help optimize the user experience.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network basics.

Hands‑on experience with:

Microsoft Intune

Active Directory

Microsoft Entra 

Office 365 administration

SharePoint (permissions, sites, basic troubleshooting)

VPN technologies (Forti Client strongly preferred)

Ticketing systems such as Fresh service or Service Now

Monitoring and remote management tools (Ninja One preferred)

Experience supporting printers, mobile phones, and onsite equipment.

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Ability to work independently at the site.

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.

Experience in manufacturing or multi‑site environments.

Familiarity with ITIL or formal ITSM frameworks.

Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi‑Fi), cabling, and switch connections.

Experience supporting Teams calling/telephony.
