Your role is critical in maintaining efficient computer and network systems.
In this position, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will offer troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues. You’ll also manage installations, updates, and security measures while educating end users through training and self-service documentation creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tier 2 troubleshooting for network and hardware issues
• Install, configure, and manage IT systems and applications
• Monitor systems for issues and escalate as necessary
• Train users on effective use of technology and systems
• Develop Power Shell scripts for process automation
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of Citrix, AWS, and software tools like SCCM
• Familiarity with network management and security policies
• Proficient with Power Shell scripting
