Hybrid Systems Analyst II - IT Infrastructure

The Systems Analyst II will take charge of supporting the data center and network infrastructure at our Markham and Toronto locations. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, ensuring high availability, managing upgrades, and participating in disaster recovery planning. A strong focus on improving system efficiencies and best practices will be expected, alongside mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support all production data center operations

• Conduct server upgrades, backups, and security compliance checks

• Create and implement risk assessment strategies

• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

• Troubleshoot and escalate IT issues effectively

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in server/storage admin roles

• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud environments

• Strong technical documentation skills

• Experience with enterprise storage solutions

• MCSE or VMware certification preferred
