IT Compliance Manager - Enercare

Take on a key role as IT Compliance Manager at Enercare Inc., where you'll focus on IT governance, risk management, and compliance efforts. This is an individual contributor role that champions ownership and accountability.

In this strategic position, you will engage with various teams to bolster the IT control environment and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include managing SOX controls, leading risk assessments, and overseeing User Access Reviews to maintain high audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on IT governance and risk controls

• Support SOX IT General Controls and manage UAR processes

• Identify and address IT risk factors while maintaining documentation

• Partner with IT teams for continuous compliance improvements

• Facilitate audit interactions with both internal and external auditors

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in governance or compliance

• Strong background in ITGC and PCI compliance activities

• Familiarity with internal control frameworks like NIST

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP) are preferred
