• Deliver compelling presentations on integration and business impact
• Support trial engagements and AI prototype development
• Share insights with Product Management for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Passion for AI technologies and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment
• 5+ years relevant experience in software or coding
• Experience with Genesys Cloud or SaaS solutions preferred
