Join Otter.ai as a Senior Analyst of GTM Systems, focusing on the efficiency of our go-to-market tools.
Your role will enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize their processes.
This position requires a hands-on approach to manage a diverse tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and AI tools. Partner with Revenue Operations and other departments to enhance the systems in place, ensuring smooth data integration and workflow improvement for greater productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of Salesforce and related systems
• Control data quality with monitoring tools like Zoom Info
• Manage Outreach platform performance and sequence strategy
• Enhance workflows with CPQ and Docu Sign integration
• Create and maintain dashboards for operational metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related area
• 5+ years in GTM Systems or technical operations
• Salesforce certification preferred
• Familiarity with sequencing and automation tools
• Proven experience in analytical reporting
