Your role centers on achieving optimal performance and security for Kafka clusters.
In this position, you will be responsible for Kafka cluster builds, automating operations, and collaborating with various application partners. You will diagnose issues swiftly and enhance efficiency, contributing to the overall infrastructure security and performance through best practices and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain Kafka clusters for optimal performance
• Implement security measures and automated operations
• Collaborate to create integration patterns for applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve Kafka-related issues promptly
• Conduct performance tuning and upgrades for existing clusters
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• 3 years of experience in Kafka systems administration
• Experience with disaster recovery and high availability setups
• Knowledge of SSL, SASL/LDAP, and Kafka ACLs
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure
