Enhance Gusto's finance systems as an IT Applications Support Analyst, specializing in billing, O2C, and cash reconciliation tasks in a hybrid model.
This position on Gusto's Enterprise IT Applications team focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of critical finance applications. You will be responsible for application support, change management, and driving automation solutions that improve efficiency.
Your role will be central to developing and implementing AI strategies within the billing and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support for O2C and cash-reconciliation applications
• Resolve application issues within SLAs, performing root-cause analysis
• Maintain documentation within ITSM tools for incident management
• Oversee month-end billing runs, ensuring timely invoicing
• Partner with teams to implement automation solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• 8-12 years supporting finance applications
• Experience with AI and automation in process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Zuora and Net Suite
• SQL skills for query writing and data validation
