Join Snap Logic as a Technical Engineer, focusing on the Forward Deployed Engineer role. You will engage deeply with clients, ensuring the successful implementation of our AI integration platform, Jean-Paul.
In this role, you’ll take charge of deploying Jean-Paul to customer environments, expertly handling technical challenges from discovery to rollout. Collaborating with customer teams, you’ll shape their capacity to leverage AI efficiently, measuring success through workflow impact and user feedback. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving enterprise adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enable customer self-sufficiency through training
• Explore and capitalize on adjacent business functions
• Map client systems and identify valuable use cases
• Execute technical deployments across various infrastructures
• Provide solutions to maximize connectivity effectiveness
Requirements:
• Over 5 years’ experience in engineering deployments
• Hands-on knowledge of networking and enterprise SSO
• Familiarity with AI-powered systems
• Skill in engaging with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to innovate in uncertain situations
Lead technical integrations at Snap Logic, fueling transformative workflows.
