Elevate event experiences as an AV Technician specializing in video conferencing solutions. Your expertise in audiovisual setup and Microsoft 365 tools will support our organization's operations.
We are looking for an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in audiovisual or IT support. In this role, you will assist in the configuration and maintenance of video conferencing systems. Your knowledge of networking protocols will help you troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure seamless service for internal and external conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain audiovisual facilities
• Schedule and prepare video conferences
• Provide technical support during live events
• Manage incidents and service tickets with Service Now
• Resolve basic AV issues or escalate as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of AV or IT support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Understanding of networking and video conferencing
• Ability to handle service inquiries adeptly
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
