• Develop automation scripts for improved task efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in technical support desired

• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Intune

• Familiarity with Power Shell scripting and security measures

• Strong knowledge of network and software applications
