Join Medavie as the Team Leader for End-User Technology to improve services for over 8,000 professionals. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.
In this permanent position, you will lead the Desktop Services team across Canada, ensuring the delivery of effective IT support and managing all aspects of end-user computing services. Your background will drive improvements in service delivery and foster a culture of performance. You will engage in key financial responsibilities and build relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mentor the Desktop Services team
• Deliver remote and on-site support for end-users
• Ensure incidents are addressed to meet SLAs
• Oversee technology lifecycle and inventory management
• Lead initiatives for cost efficiency and performance
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in computer science or business
• At least five years in IT operations or support
• Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance
• Proven skills in service management practices
• Effective communication with teams and vendors
