This role is vital for integrating AI into Gusto’s legal systems. You'll manage the product roadmap, aligning legal and compliance strategies with cutting-edge AI technology, driving efficiency, and improving outcomes across major legal workflows like contract management and governance. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring scalable solutions that adhere to compliance and privacy norms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI-first product strategy for legal tech
• Manage and prioritize enhancements for legal workflows
• Create agentic systems that connect legal tech
• Define metrics to evaluate AI implementation success
• Partner with EAIT and legal teams to meet needs
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years in product management or legal tech
• Proven track record with AI technologies
• Experience in legal compliance systems
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
