Join Arlo as a Senior Device Program Manager and elevate cutting-edge video surveillance technology. This full-time role is based in Vancouver, Canada, or Carlsbad, California, focusing on IoT device innovation.
As part of the Device engineering team, you will manage product development from initiation to mass production.
Your role encompasses scheduling, BOM reviews, ODM engagement, and managing regulatory compliance. Collaborating across teams, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality security products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire project management lifecycle
• Liaise with PLM for strategic roadmap planning
• Manage interdepartmental coordination and testing
• Facilitate production with overseas ODM partners
• Conduct thorough performance level testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing technical projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot product functions
• Strong technical background in hardware design
