Take the lead on Agile delivery with a role as IT Scrum Lead at Manulife, offering a hybrid work model in Quezon City. Utilize your coaching skills and Scrum expertise to empower teams.
This position is designed for an IT Scrum Master focused on driving collaboration and continuous improvement. You will facilitate essential Scrum events, coach your team on Agile methodologies, and work closely with the Product Owner to clarify priorities.
Your role includes maintaining important Scrum artifacts to support organized delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives
• Coach stakeholders on implementing Agile principles
• Collaborate to keep the backlog aligned with priorities
• Ensure Scrum artifacts are well-maintained and visible
• Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and analytics
• Effective communication and risk mitigation skills
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite per week
