Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support across IT operations

• Mentor and guide IT support staff

• Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, and company software

• Setup and support various IT hardware and peripherals

• Track and follow-up on technical issues until resolved

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT with 7+ years experience

• Fluency in French, both written and oral

• A+ and Microsoft certification required

• Proven leadership skills preferred

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
