Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic development of Cloud and Managed Services teams
• Define clear automation roadmaps for deployment
• Foster relationships to enhance client satisfaction
• Ensure cloud operations meet security and regulatory standards
• Support cross-functional collaboration for marketing and IT procurement
Requirements:
• 7+ years in cloud operations leadership
• 5+ years ITSM understanding and application
• Hands-on experience with cloud and Kubernetes teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Established track record in Managed Services capacity growth
