In this unique position, you'll be responsible for supporting the company’s POS systems, troubleshooting technology issues, and assisting with installations at new stores. Candidates should be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as barista shifts are scheduled.
Your role will contribute significantly to enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain internal software applications and tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to staff and store locations
• Install and configure POS systems and kiosks
• Train staff on technology systems
Requirements:
• Experience in software development or IT support
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, or APIs is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have a personal vehicle for travel
• Availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends
