• Provide timely IT support in collaboration with MSP partners

• Install and maintain computer images across hardware platforms

• Support a range of applications including Microsoft Office Suite

• Troubleshoot software, operating systems, and peripherals

• Manage audio and visual equipment setup for meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems

• Ability to follow service level agreements for ticket resolution
