Position: IT Governance Compliance Manager at Pet Valu
Lead IT governance and compliance initiatives at Pet Valu in Markham, Ontario in a hybrid role. Leverage your expertise in ICFR, PCI-DSS, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework for impactful IT oversight.

The Manager, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, is a full-time position pivotal to ensuring compliance with critical standards. You will collaborate across departments, including Finance and Security, while managing third-party risk assessments and audits. Your hands-on experience in delivering IT controls and remediating compliance gaps will play a crucial role in the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and external audit responses

• Manage IT General Controls for ICFR compliance

• Lead the PCI-DSS IT compliance program

• Develop and govern IT policies and standards

• Maintain the IT Security Risk Register

Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT governance or compliance

• 4+ years in a leadership role

• Proven hands-on experience with ICFR and PCI-DSS

• Professional certification (CISA, CISM, etc.) required

• Strong documentation and risk management skills
