Position: Backup Recovery Specialist at MNP
Lead backup recovery initiatives at MNP, utilizing your expertise in Veeam and Acronis. Enhance client data protection and recovery capabilities effectively.

As the Backup Operations & Recovery Lead, you will play an essential role in MNP's Managed Services team and be the primary contact for all backup-related issues. Your expertise will guide the design, implementation, and support of backup solutions tailored to diverse client environments. Your analytical skills, alongside a strong customer-centric approach, will enable you to deliver exceptional service and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts on backup and disaster recovery incidents

• Design and maintain client-specific backup solutions

• Execute backup capacity planning and health reviews

• Conduct recovery tests to affirm backup integrity

• Manage collaborative efforts with Security and Infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in backup and recovery environments

• Experience in multi-client (MSP) settings

• Expertise in Veeam Backup & Acronis Cyber Protect

• Skilled in scripting and backup analytics

• Necessary IT certifications must be obtained
