Become part of the Perseus Group at Constellation Software as a Desktop Support Technician. This hybrid position focuses on technical support and endpoint management to enhance user experience.
In this critical role, you will act as an escalation point for complex issues, delivering high-quality technical support across various platforms. Your strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 will be essential. We value those who can work independently and collaboratively while mentoring the next generation of support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy end-user devices efficiently
• Troubleshoot advanced networking and endpoint-related incidents
• Deliver support to executives and VIP users
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
• Develop technical documentation and procedural guidelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years in desktop support within corporate environments
• Proven expertise in Windows and macOS systems
• Solid administration skills in Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and security practices
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure
