Summary

Reporting to the Director, Data Strategy & Analytics, you will lead a highly visible team as we execute our data strategy and evolve DS&A into an insights-driven, product-oriented function. You will build and manage trusted, reusable data products while also sustaining our existing operational and transactional reporting to ensure continuity of business. Partnering across the business, IT, and leadership, you will deliver harmonized KPIs, self-serve analytics, and decision-grade insights spanning call center, back office, product, and financial reporting.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and develop a team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analysis and clear, actionable insights.
  • Build, own, and manage governed data products on a medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) foundation, so KPIs are defined once and trusted enterprise-wide.
  • Maintain and manage existing operational/transactional reporting to ensure continuity of business while modernizing toward the target state.
  • Deliver analytics across call center, back office, product, and financial reporting.
  • Help shape the data strategy and architecture roadmap and guide its implementation.
  • Lead high-profile analyses to an executive-ready standard and present to leadership as required.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of leadership, surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Champion a governed operating model with the business and IT for ownership, quality, and change control.
  • Apply an agile mindset to prioritize, sprint, and deliver incremental data products.
  • Ensure data products and code are documented, reducing SME key-person risk.
  • Mentor the team, stay current on emerging trends, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of people-management experience building and leading a high-performing analytics team.
  • 5+ years in an analytics environment with proven value-creation outcomes.
  • Experience building and managing data products (medallion/lakehouse; KPI standardization and semantic modeling); transforming raw data into trusted, analysis-ready data sets using dbt, Fabric, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data governance and metadata management (e.g., Microsoft Purview or equivalent)
  • Analytics experience across call center, back office, product, and financial reporting.
  • 3–5 years hands-on with Power BI and Azure / Microsoft Fabric.
  • 2+ years leading enterprise-scale data strategy initiatives across teams.
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining.
  • Strong grounding in agile methodology.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, building trusted relationships across business, IT, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
