Position: Extendicare Workday Configuration Analyst
Join Extendicare as an HRIS Analyst in Markham, Ontario, specializing in Workday Payroll and Absence modules. This hybrid role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration.

You will play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing Workday functionalities to drive operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, you will utilize your 5+ years of experience in Payroll and Time Tracking configurations and work closely with various teams to address business challenges. Your efforts will focus on enhancing workflow and the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Workday Payroll and Absence modules

• Conduct evaluations of system modifications

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams

• Automate and streamline Workday processes

• Analyze root causes for Service Now escalated tickets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of Workday configuration experience

• Experience in union and collective agreement settings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
