As an HRIS Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Manager, HRIS, while enhancing the Workday technology ecosystem.
Your role encompasses configuring and maintaining key modules, facilitating system improvements, and analyzing HR processes to better meet business needs. Your contributions will significantly impact employee experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Workday's recruitment, learning, and HCM modules
• Collaborate to identify challenges and scalable solutions
• Run impact assessments on proposed system changes
• Translate complex business needs into technical configurations
• Support Workday upgrades and releases through testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Information Systems
• 5+ years in HRIS with Workday experience
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Proven ability to troubleshoot HRIS-related issues
• Advanced communication and project management skills
