Workday HCM Business Analyst at SE Health

In this 9-12 month contract, you will play a key role in SE Health’s HR Transformation & Solutions team. Your expertise in Workday Learning and Talent Management modules will be crucial in guiding project go-live, stabilization, and adoption. You'll gather requirements, facilitate design sessions, and partner with various stakeholders to create optimized processes within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for Workday Learning and Talent modules

• Partner with Learning & Development for future-state designs

• Facilitate workshops and design reviews for stakeholders

• Lead UAT and testing for Learning & Talent workstream

• Create business documentation and user guides

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in Workday Business Analyst role

• Proven Workday HCM implementation experience

• Strong understanding of business processes in Workday

• Experience in UAT and testing coordination

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
