Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software malfunctions
• Provide support for communicating tools and business applications
• Conduct inventory management and maintain documentation

Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• 2-5 years of related IT support experience
• Familiarity with MS Windows and networking services
• Experience with desktop management tools
• Strong customer service orientation is a must
