Position: Onsite AV Support Technician Role

We are seeking an Onsite AV Support Technician responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of AV equipment across various conference rooms. This role involves working independently while interacting with clients to resolve issues efficiently. Skills in audio, video conferencing, and control systems like AMX or Crestron are essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and test AV equipment in conference rooms

• Troubleshoot and diagnose projectors, microphones, and speakers

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Assist with setup for meetings and functions

• Coordinate AV needs for new conference room designs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of AV practices, including videoconferencing

• Experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron)

• Strong communication skills and customer service focus

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
