Join Pet Valu as a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst in a flexible hybrid position based in Markham, Ontario. Help deliver exceptional support to customers through technical assistance.
In this role, you will provide valuable help desk support for various software and hardware needs, assisting end-users across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities include maintaining request tracking, testing software updates, and ensuring promotional pricing aligns with customer expectations. Training new team members on procedures will also be part of your mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to all store and head office personnel
• Track service requests with call tracking software
• Test new POS software releases and promotional pricing
• Communicate results effectively to merchandising teams
• Initiate service calls for hardware and networking issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; technology diploma preferred
• 1-2 years of help desk experience
• Experience with retail POS systems is beneficial
• Fluent in French with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong analytical skills
