Workday Analyst HR Systems

Position: Workday Analyst for HR Systems at Extendicare
Enhance employee experience at Extendicare as a Workday Analyst focused on HCM, Recruitment, and Learning. Partner with stakeholders to optimize HR solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, this position demands at least five years of HRIS experience specifically with Workday Core modules. You will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions and supporting continuous improvement in HR technology, all while collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HCM and Learning modules

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams on solutions

• Conduct impact assessments for system changes

• Prepare training materials and process documentation

• Monitor data integrity and conduct audits for system effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with Workday

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Workday certification preferred
